How do I book a consultation?

Every treatment at Dr Linea begins with an in-person consultation. You can book online via our consultation page, call our central line on 01473 226847, or email info@drlinea.co.uk. We'll match you with the most appropriate practitioner and clinic for your goals.
What are your opening hours?

Our clinics are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Evening and weekend appointments are occasionally available by arrangement — please ask when you call. Each clinic runs on dedicated days, so we'd always recommend booking ahead rather than dropping in.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to respond to email and website enquiries within one working day. For the fastest response, especially for same-week appointments, please call us directly on 01473 226847.
Which clinic should I visit?

Our Ipswich clinic is our CQC-regulated flagship and offers the full range of treatments and practitioners. Our Norwich and Bury St Edmunds clinics run regular clinic days led by Dr Linea herself. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll recommend the best location based on your treatment and availability.
Do you accept walk-ins?

No — all treatments are delivered by appointment only. This lets us plan each consultation and treatment carefully, and ensures each patient receives the unhurried, personalised attention Dr Linea is known for.
Is Dr Linea a regulated clinic?

Yes. Dr Linea Medical is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with Dr Linea Strachan DMD as the registered manager and provider. All our practitioners are GDC-registered medical professionals.
