It starts with a conversation
When attending your consultation, you will be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival.
This is to unsure there are no contraindications, or medical treatments which may affect the facial aesthetics, skin or laser treatments we offer.
Our Practitioners will listen to your main concerns and what you would hope to achieve with treatments, whether it is for beautification purposes, correcting deformities, disproportions, asymmetries and conditions.
A treatment plan can then be formulated by our qualified medical team and will then be discussed with you, giving you options for treatment and answering any questions or concerns that you may have.
We like to ensure each patient has some reflection time to consider their options and to ensure an informed decision is made, there is no pressure to agree to any treatment.
If you wish to have treatment carried out on the same appointment, this can be taken into account if you can make this clear to our reception when booking the appointment, however we cannot guarantee that treatment will be able to be perform as this is dependent on medical assessment and suitability.
We allow approximately 15 mins reflection time, for you to consider the options in our waiting room or take some a short amount of time away from the clinic after the consultation you are able to consider your options carefully, under no pressure to go ahead with treatment.
We’ll listen attentively to your concerns and desired outcomes, review your surgical details, and assess your healing progress. A thorough medical history check ensures your safety and suitability for non-surgical treatments.
We allocate ample time (around 30 minutes) to ensure a thorough assessment and answer all your questions.
