Our Terms
Why do we take a booking fee? – All of our clinic locations are almost always fully booked. Therefore we require a booking deposit to ensure that those who book in are committed to attending their appointment. It also ensures that if we have any ‘no-shows’, our practitioners time is still paid for.
Is the booking fee refundable? – No, the booking fee is non-refundable. However, if you give us 48hrs notice before your scheduled appointment, we are able to change the date or time of your appointment where availability allows us. The booking fee is redeemable against any treatment you have within 1 month of consultation. *the only occasion in which 50% of your deposit will be returned is if you are deemed to be unsuitable for treatment due to medical reasons. Please speak to one of our clinic staff prior to booking if you have concerns regarding medical suitability*
Do I pay a booking fee for my first consultation? – Yes, we charge the same £50 booking fee for consultation appointments. The majority of our patients opt to have treatment during their first consultation appointment therefore this is deducted off the cost of their treatment. If they decide to book their treatment in at a later date, this deposit can be held for their future appointment, providing it is booked in at consultation.
Am I guaranteed to be suitable for treatment? – As mentioned above, unfortunately not everyone is suitable for treatment. There are a range of reasons such as medical issues, previous overfilling that would require dissolving first, scar tissues and many more. This is why all new patients require a consultation with one of our medical practitioners.
