Blood testing
It can be difficult to get a blood test from your GP, and as a result, many patients decide to get a blood test done privately. If you are concerned or worried about aspects of your health, a blood test can help you pinpoint any deficiencies you have and this can help with identifying the best course of treatment to help alleviate your concerns.
We will soon be offering the following intramuscular blood tests at Dr Linea Medical:

Your bloods will be sent to a certified lab for testing and within five days we will have your results ready to share with you.. Along with the results we’ll be able to provide you with tailored recommendations based on the findings. Blood test prices start at £20 each.
We will also be offering Intramuscular Injections and IV Drips, so if your blood test indicates a deficiency in certain vitamins, we will be more than happy to offer treatment options to help rectify this following a consultation.
Intramuscular injections
If you are lacking in certain vitamins you may find that your health and wellbeing is at risk. Patients can find they are lacking in certain vitamins due to illness, lifestyle or diet choices; for example, in some cases, vegans may find they are lacking in vitamin B12.
Intramuscular injections are a quick and easy way to increase the level of certain vitamins you have in your body, and as a result, they can help improve your feeling of well-being and general health levels.
Coming soon at Dr Linea Medical in Ipswich, we will be offering Glutathione, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Testosterone injections. We recommend patients have blood tests first so we can identify any deficiencies before having Intramuscular injections. All results are reviewed by qualified medical professionals, who will provide personalised recommendations based on your results. Blood tests, along with IV drips and injections, will be performed exclusively by RDN Gabby or Dr. Linea to ensure the highest standard of care.
IV drips
There are numerous ways that IV drips can help to improve our health and how we feel about ourselves. From increasing our energy levels to boosting our immune systems, IV drips can offer a range of benefits.

Please note: IV Drips have contraindications including pregnancy, breastfeeding, under 18s and kidney stones.
A blood test is required before intramuscular injections. A follow-up will be conducted 4 weeks after the injection to assess whether an additional treatment is necessary.
We can also put you in touch with a Private GP if necessary following on from your blood tests who will have access to your results.
